Welcome to Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home, located in Dixon, Illinois the hometown of President Ronald Reagan. Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens was opened in 1938 by Frank Randall with the opening of the funeral home to follow shortly after. Chapel Hill is the only service offering a funeral home and cemetery combination in the Sauk Valley area. Chapel Hill takes great pride in the beauty and serene landscape throughout the 20 acres of the cemetery. In 2003 the Memorial Traditions Group purchased both Chapel Hill Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens.

Whether it be a traditional grave service, our mausoleum to new cremation niche columbarium, we continue to beautify , expand, and create a special final resting place for your loved one.
Every Memorial Day weekend each honorably discharged veteran has a flag placed on their grave . There are 250 6 foot flags that line the entrance of the cemetery with an 8 foot flag flying boldly in the center of the cemetery. Chapel Hill has approximately 1500 veterans that receive a flag.
Chapel Hill Funeral Home has a spacious parlor that seats 80 people, a separate family lounge area and a child’s play center. We know how difficult funerals are and we are here to help our families anyway we can. From the moment your loved one passes away, to the visitation, funeral, and burial, Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens and Funeral Home are here with you every step of the way.
