Welcome to Woodlawn and Lincoln Cemeteries. Woodlawn Memorial Gardens was initially created on Busey Family land, and it was expanded in 1907 to more than 60 acres. Lincoln Cemetery was established in 1956. We now operate these adjacent cemeteries with one staff.

Our Location

Woodlawn was a dream realized by General Samuel Busey, as a beautiful place of rest in a peaceful and serene setting. Located next to Busey woods, Woodlawn offers a woodland setting within the city, full of beautiful trees. At dusk you can watch the deer come out and play. Lincoln Memorial Gardens sits adjacent to Woodlawn and is the setting for a yearly Memorial Day observance to honor our nation’s Veterans. Our dedicated staff maintain the dignity of both cemeteries with honor and respect.

We offer a full line of services including grave spaces, vaults, cremations, memorial markers and stones, floral arrangements, holiday wreaths, vases, and cremation urns. Contact our office for an appointment or come out for a visit and enjoy our monuments and pleasant pathways. Our full-time counselor is available Mon-Fri to assist with pre-need planning arrangements and all and at-need services.
